Nélya Goval is a product of the Metz Handball academy, one of the best training centers in the world. There, she mastered the fundamentals of the professional game through a rigorous training program that prepared her to compete at the highest level. Despite her youth, she already possesses the ability to meet the demands placed on a professional left winger. Fast on the fast break, she knows how to exploit open space and displays explosiveness during offensive transitions. In set-play situations, her shooting ability from the wing makes her both effective and consistent in front of goal. She is a promising young player who has taken a significant step forward by turning professional, with plenty of room for further development as she gains experience at the elite level in the coming years.
