Romane Lehuault-Parc joined the Brest Pôle Espoir while in ninth grade and simultaneously signed with Brest Bretagne Handball (BBH), where she played for three years. During her tenth-grade year, she was loaned to the Taule team in the N2 division before going on to play in N1 until her final year of high school. She then joined the Brest Bretagne Handball training center for two years, allowing her to compete at the N1 level. Upon completing her initial agreement, she chose to join the Stella Saint-Maur Handball training center for one season, followed by a year as a professional trainee under a second agreement.
